HAYS Office Support is currently partnering with a number of private companies around the CBD, including Architecture, Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Construction and Insurance organisations.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing ad hoc administrative support such as corporate reception cover, general support duties, phone and email management, data entry, reporting, invoicing, coordinating events and scheduling travel and accomodation requests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous administration experience in a corporate environment, be reliable, professional and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be available at short notice and have recent and relevant references.
