Our client is a WA Owned and operator electrical contractor who specializes in power generation solutions. The business has a requirement for a Temporary Administrator to join the business for an 8 – 10-week holiday cover. The role will find the successful applicant working closely with the Office Manager whilst supporting management and the Karratha team remotely.
About the role:
- First point of contact for phone calls, visitors, deliveries etc.
- Manage inbox and general queries.
- Book flights, travel and hire car.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to senior executives.
- Work directly to the Office Manager
- Consult with factory and workshop staff.
- Provide quotes for jobs and scheduling accordingly.
- Inventory tracking and invoicing.
- Experience with SIMPRO - MUST
- Experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced organization undertaking administration work.
- Efficient and accurate data entry and documentation preparation abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prepare reports and documents.
- Excellent attention to detail
