About the Role
We now have a newly created opportunity for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join us for a full-time role located in our Cremorne office, expected to go up to 3 months, with the chance for continuation thereafter depending on requirements.
This role will work as part of Anteo's shared services team, the Temporary Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database. Your primary responsibility will be to update and maintain our records through timely, precise, and comprehensive data verification and entry. By ensuring the integrity and precision of our data, you will significantly contribute to the efficiency of departmental operations.
The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Verify and enter data accurately into the company's database.
• Collaborate with the team to manage and update records efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on existing data and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide support to colleagues on Data Entry procedures and best practices.

To be Successful, You Will Require:

• Previous experience in Data Entry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computing systems, especially Excel.
