AddressOur client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Entry Administrator to provide administrative document support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have excellent Data Entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be suitable for someone who has strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills. Visio experience is highly advantageous in this role.
You must be immediately available and can commence work for Wednesday through to Friday this week.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include;
- High volume Data Entry
- Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
- Retrieving & manipulating documents
- Updating docs on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Ad hoc duties as required
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Prior Data Entry experience
- Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools
- Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
- High computer knowledge and competency (MS Word and Visio)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
