SalaryOur client is currently expanding and seeking a fully remote Temporary Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for managing their defined benefits plan and collaborate closely with the Benefits team.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in defined benefit plans, have a working knowledge of health and wellness programs, be proficient in basic Excel, organized, and have the ability to provide status updates of their work at any given time. It is essential that you have a comfortable work from home setup and have the capability to work efficiently and independently. A minimum of eight years of experience in benefits management and its related duties is required.
