We are actively looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fleet Admin Clerk to become a valuable member of our team. This is a temporary position created to cover maternity leave for a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will bring a positive can-do attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain the necessary requirements to ensure that the data relating to the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Group Fleet department.
- Drafting and processing fleet deals
- Organising Vehicle Registration and preparing logbooks
- Booking trucks for deliveries
- Organising Vehicle RO's and Detailing List
- Updating al the dealer portals for the FMO's
- Compliance with the procedures and policies of the PWAH Group
- other adhoc work for the fleet department
- Commitment to cover maternity leave for a 12-month period
- Full work rights in Australia
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure
