We are looking for someone who wants to not only join but be an integral part of our team into the future. We are seeking a person who is organized, detail orientated, enthusiastic and willing to learn with a strong focus on safety in the workplace. This is a site based role with a large mining client.
Qualifications & experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and a quick learner.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Efficiently handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Manage printing tasks, ensuring documents are produced promptly and correctly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of important documents.
- Timesheet data entry.
- Generate compliance reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team
