Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely project administration support. The client is leading provider in heavy machinery within the Newcastle region and is looking to appoint a successful candidate for a temporary contract until August 2024 with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
- Managing administrative responsibilities of each project.
- Communication with various internal and external stakeholders to assisting with timely deadlines.
- Collaborate with professionals and consultants to define project outcomes and timelines effectively.
- Previous Project Administration experience preferably heavy industrial environment.
- Proficient use of multiple software applications including SAP and Microsoft Suite.
- Collect and analyse project data, and report on outcomes accurately.
- Exciting four-month contract, working across various projects.
- Based in Tomago
- Full time working hours; Monday to Friday
- Earn $39/hour plus superannuation.
