Form of workThis Real Estate Agency has offices across Sydney and they are currently seeking a Property Manager for their office in Double Bay, and a Property Manager for the office in Cronulla.
The role:
A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 130-180 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of 130-180 properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management
- Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
- A minimum of 2 years property management experience essential
- A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A clean driver’s license and reliable car
- Knowledge of PropertyMe highly desirable
- 3-4 week temporary assignment commencing immediately.
- Parking provided
- $45 per hour + super + mileage
- Monday to Friday hours
- Scope for ongoing temp work
