Temporary Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to assist one of our best clients for a long 3 month assignment beginning in July. Centrally located and reputable agency with competitive hourly pay!

The Position, but not limited to

• Taking calls and managing the switchboard, transferring to the appropriate member of staff
• Assist with lease renewals and other general office administration
• Manage walk-in inquiries & customers 
• Help management organise staff events inc Christmas parties, team building/socialising, training etc 
• Social media management - if desired. 
• General office and reception duties
