We are seeking a well-presented customer focussed individual to join our corporate reception team on a part-time contract basis until mid-May 2024. As the face of the business and the go-to person for general office enquiries, you must have strong communication and customer service skills. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and experience with general administrative duties along with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to work tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors to the office, receiving/directing telephone calls, and responding to customer enquiries
- Managing incoming mail / deliveries and arranging couriers
- Inputting supplier invoices into Satterley’s invoice management system
- Maintaining the booking register for company vehicles
- Providing general administrative support to the business
- Ensuring the Reception area is maintained in an immaculate condition
Based in West Perth close to public transport, this is a part-time/job-share role with working hours being as follows:
- Monday and Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am to 12:30pm
Flexibility and reliability will be necessary as there may be a requirement from time to time to work additional hours to cover periods of leave.
