NEW ROLE! Join our committed team to provide tenancy, advocacy, and Rental Stress support to people in the Inner Gippsland region.

THE ROLE – We are looking for people who can: -
- Provide outreach support for social housing tenants to establish sustainable tenancies.
- Deliver case management intervention and support to sustain tenancies that are at risk of breaking down.
- Provide support to Social Housing renters unable to advocate on their own behalf.
- Deliver a wide range of Advocacy & Support to renters living in private rental, Caravan Parks & Rooming Houses.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – what you will bring. -
- Demonstrated relationships with key stakeholders in Gippsland.
- Advanced practical knowledge the ‘Residential Tenancies Act' and Social Housing policies.
- High level of knowledge and experience in attending the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on behalf of tenants.
- Demonstrated understanding of Case Management.
- Relevant experience in working with the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community and sensitivity to cultural needs and expectations.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working with Children Check |Police Check
