Job Description:
As a Tenant Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for our tenants, responsible for ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will involve building strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and complaints, coordinating maintenance requests, and facilitating communication between tenants and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, fostering a sense of community within the properties.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with property regulations.
- Assist in organizing tenant events and activities to enhance community engagement.
- Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communications to keep tenants informed about property-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing tenant needs.
- Knowledge of property management software and tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to respond to tenant inquiries or emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
