About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tender Writer to join our team at Xanadu Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating persuasive and competitive tender proposals that highlight our capabilities and secure new business opportunities. You will have experience writing and submitting tenders and grants in the community service sector.
What you will be doing
• Researching, analyzing, and understanding, tender requirements and specifications
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for tender responses
• Driving the end-to-end tender process, including assisting with tender development, bid writing, design and creation of new documentation, maintenance and upkeep of qualitative documents and criteria
• Ensuring all tender submissions are completed accurately, professionally, and on time
• Developing and maintaining a source of content, templates, and case studies for future tender submissions
• Liaising with clients, partners, and stakeholders to address queries and provide clarification on tender submissions when necessary
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tender management software is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in tender writing in the community service sector
• Understanding and experience with Family Domestic Violence, Out of Home Care and Homelessness
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
