About You:
We’d like to hear from you if you have the following:
- A proven ability in retail and wholesale and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and support.
- A deep passion about achieving sales and creating win-win opportunities with our customers.
- Excellent organization, time management, communication, and planning skills, computer skills (min. level Intermediate Word, Excel, PPT proficiency, experience in ERP, CRM, B2B)
- Are detail oriented and data literate
- Must hold a current driver license.
- Flexible working hours and travelling in line with regional needs will be a requirement of this role
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a quality, experienced Perth based based Territory Account Manager to join our team. This on-road sales role will see you build the Monza brands in the territory by supporting retail accounts with their day to day needs to achieve successful sell through of Monza supplied products and ultimately achieve a sustainable and profitable outcomes for our retailers.
You will build strong relationships with our retailers by offering them trustworthy, reliable and outstanding service via sales excellence. You'll be required to provide regular market updates and sales feedback on marketing trends, product demands, customer service requirements, competitors’ strategies and new products. Drive success for your territory by maintaining a call schedule and sales plan, and continuing to update your dealers stocking requirements.
Business Development
· Drive sales support through infield calls with retailers, utilizing proven sales process and outstanding customer service skills to build strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise.
· Roll-out product education and brand awareness programs with retailers and riders to implement sales initiatives.
· Proudly execute visual merchandising display for our products and maintain our visual brands in stores
· Support and align with Monza team in the execution of strategy and business plans with retailers that drive sustainable growth with Monza brands and products.
· The sales skills required are varied, stocktaking and looking at looking at products to meet retailer’s profile and offering options via your extensive product knowledge, introducing new products to market via prebooking, and to selling close-out lines.
·Retailer and Rider Relationship
· Educate retail staff on how our products are designed and manufactured, their use and why our products better meet rider’s needs. Work with all shop employees (buyers, mechanics, sales staff, etc.) to foster supplier loyalty.
· Be an active part of your riding community by connecting with riders and promoting the brands at retail functions, group rides and any other motorcycling events.
· Work with and develop relationships all levels of shop employees (buyers, mechanics, sales staff, etc.) to foster supplier loyalty.
· Support demo experiences and other events within the market where required.
· Ensure open effective communications occurs with all parties, including direct lines to key staff, decision makers and stakeholders with Monza and Retailers.
· Communicate with the Monza Head Office team regularly about what support is needed for the day.
· Communicate to retailers’ information on new arrival product availability.
· Understand the expectations of and therefore be an active member of a high performing team.
