Title: Territory Business Manager
Primary Location: Field-based position based in Western Australia

The Opportunity
As the Territory Business Manager, your primary responsibility is driving the Total Area of Responsibility (AOR) Leadership Strategy in the designated territory. This pivotal role involves executing sales plans through effective dealer engagement, goal setting, and CAP4.0 planning processes.
This is a field-based position based in Westerns Australia, where you would be working from a home-based office. This position requires regular domestic and few international travels to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
Role Objectives:
  • Ensures Sales & Market Share Growth ambitions are met by executing the Territory and Dealer Sales Plans
  • Manages the Dealer Sales Goal planning process by conducting quarterly market update meetings to align with the dealer on their goals by product line.
  • Assists with the communication to dealers with Inventory/Pipeline Management strategy by undertaking quarterly forecast planning.
  • Conducts and facilitates documented monthly dealer meetings with all dealers on territory and presents all current key metrics as it relates to dealer performance, new information and information being sought by the dealer. Capture an action items list and distribute as appropriate.
  • Provides financial and product information support on a case-by-case basis.
  • Design and maintain the Territory Business Plan and support the dealer business plan creation.
  • Provide dealers with regular High Potential Analysis to assist them to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Manage the Dealer Agreement Contractual Obligations to ensure full adherence.
  • Responsible for Total AOR Leadership and associated business performance as per below. This includes identification of project and optimisation opportunities.

What Skills You Need
  • Proven experience in territory management and dealer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of sales planning and goal-setting processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial acumen for case-by-case support.
  • Proficiency in designing and maintaining business plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience in Agricultural Production Systems.
  • Demonstrated competencies in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Ability to conduct effective market update meetings and facilitate dealer communications.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Previous experience in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with CAP4.0 planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Inventory/Pipeline Management strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with contractual obligations and agreements.
  • Decision-making skills with discretion in spending approval.
Education / Experience:
Ideally you will have a degree in Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent related work experience.
