About the role:
As a Territory Manager for Lincoln Sentry, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers within the Architectural Hardware industry across Eastern Metro and Regional Victoria.
Responsibilities
Implementation and execution of sales activities and plans;
Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix;
Management of customers – loyalty programs; uptake of online ordering system;
Reporting – sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis.

Skills & Experience
Industry experience preferable but not essential (Glazing, Security, Door Window Hardware Market)
Experience managing a regional territory
Strong account management skills and the capability to form relationships with stakeholders;
Ability to work autonomously and proven experience meeting sales targets;
Availability to travel into regional Victoria on a regular basis;
Drivers license required
