Position:Territory Manager

About the Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth initiatives throughout Melbourne, VIC. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within various market segments, leveraging your extensive experience in Piping Systems and solutions. Your dynamic approach, coupled with your technical acumen, will be instrumental in forging successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You will possess a strong ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities throughout Melbourne across multiple market segments, including mining, civil projects, wastewater management, and tier 1 contractors. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as potential clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
By collaborating closely with internal teams, you will create and develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth. It will be essential to stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning effectively.
Furthermore, you will represent the company in a professional manner at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, with extensive experience in Piping Systems and solutions.
- 2+ years of experience within different types of piping such as PVC, Steel, Copper, or Poly would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse market segments, including mining, civil projects, wastewater management, and tier 1 contractors.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Piping Systems and related solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Dynamic, results-oriented approach with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
What We Offer:
On offer will be a salary of $90k-$100k (dependent on experience) + Super + Fully maintained company vehicle + performance-based incentives.
