We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join a Residential Engineering Solutions as a Territory Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for managing sales activities throughout a territory Victoria, building and maintaining relationships with clients. All leads are passed to you. There is no new business development involved.

Responsibilities:
Connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain an organized diary, documenting activities, appointments, and site inspections.
Conduct around 10 - 20 site inspections per week, ensuring customers receive all necessary information, including expectations, work process, pricing, and availability.
Utilize Salesforce to record site-specific details such as building levels, cracks, proposed treatment areas, and more.
Prepare and submit timely quotations based on agreed-upon timelines.
Requirements:
A thorough understanding of the "sales" process and dynamics.
Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a well-structured diary and conduct professional site inspections.
Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce to record project-specific details accurately.
Timeliness and efficiency in preparing and submitting quotations.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to drive results.
Valid Drive license.
No previous experience in Residential Engineering Solutions is required. Training will be provided.
