The Opportunity

This is a Global company with a strong brand and product, the right candidate will have the ability to sell high ticket items and not solely rely on pricing but consultatively sell the quality of the product. You will be rewarded for your hard work with a generous uncapped earning structure the sky's the limit!

The Role 
  

  • Manage and grow portfolio of Accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new business 
  • Build on existing client relationships and maximise reach within the accounts
  • Generate pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leads 
  • This is a visible role with lots of client interaction, strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and influence decision makers is a must 
  • Work strategically with your clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
  • Use strong listening skills and consultative selling approach to undercover pain points and solve business problems 
  • Create meaningful client relationships built on an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Maximise opportunities to add value by upselling solutions 
  
About You
  
  • Relevant sales experience within a B2B sales environment ideally selling to Construction Industry or similar 
  • Ability sell based on quality and not price 
  • You pride yourself on your high level of customer service 
  • Enthusiasm for growing your career in a business that is going places! 
  • Passion for Solutions based sales approach
  • Previous demonstration of sales success and achieving targets
  • A proactive, professional and self-driven attitude
  • A valid Driver's License - you spend a large part of your visiting clients
