Territory Sales Manager (Sunshine Coast & Central QLD)

We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills who can service our Sunshine Coast and Central QLD customer base: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives; 
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities; 
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers; 
• Prepare and present sales reports to management; 
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services. 
• Attend all internal sales meetings. 

Some regional travel will be required. 

We are looking for a candidate who: 

• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field 
• Has proven sales experience in the hardware/plumbing/industrial distributor industry or similar; 
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs; 
• Has experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable but not essential); 
• Has a current driver's license; 
• Comfortable with travelling throughout central QLD.
