About the role
It's an exciting time to join the Ag industry! Our client has a new opportunity within their organisation to develop and implement Sales strategies with their dealer network within Northern Victoria and Southern NSW.
As Territory Sales Manager/Account Manager, you will be charged with increasing dealer sales through dedicated programs and procedures for the assigned territory; support and help the dealers to ensure maximum market share is achieved in all segments; work with the dealer network to ensure a professional image is presented to the market through dealer standards and quality programs.
This is a field based role and can be performed from any reasonable location within North Eastern Victoria such as Melbourne North, Wangaratta, Shepparton or Wodonga. You could also be located just over the border into NSW, in the Albury area. There will also be times you will need to travel throughout the region.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a Sales or Sales Management role and a knowledge or interest in Agriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- A willingness to travel by car throughout Victoria and New South Wales
- The ability to work remotely
A remuneration package will be negotiated with the shortlisted candidates and subject to experience. You will also receive an annual bonus, company vehicle, phone, laptop and a flexible working environment.
