Join SA Police as an experienced Test Analyst on a fixed-term contract until March 2025.

Your new role
The Test Analyst is responsible for undertaking a full range of testing services and functions and working closely with other Test Analysts to deliver high quality testing and assurance functions. You will primarily be dedicated to a complex and business critical project, but you may also be required to work across a number of smaller BAU and project activities.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in testing projects involving data migration and data mapping exercises is essential for the successful candidate.
- Experience in software testing across the testing lifecycle including the techniques for system, regression, and automated testing.
- Experience undertaking defect management processes including in the investigation, documentation and resolution of defects.
- Experience in the design, development and execution of system test cases and documenting test results in line with quality processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and to understand and apply new concepts.
- High level analytical skills and a thorough and methodical approach to detail.
- Knowledge of test standards, tools, methods and processes and practical experience working in a SDLC and ITIL environment.
- Technical knowledge of function and non-functional test design, processes and planning within a complex organisation.
- Sound oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ICT concepts and technology solutions in business terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders and to develop documentation to a high standard.
Salary
ASO5 $84,522 – $94,003 per annum plus superannuation.
