Your new role
The Senior Test Analyst is responsible for coordinating and undertaking complex testing services and functions and working closely with other Test Analysts to deliver high quality testing and assurance functions. You will primarily be dedicated to a complex and business critical project, but you may also be required to work across a number of smaller BAU and project activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience as a Test Lead is vital including directing staff, managing the testing activity for a project, creation of test plans, monitoring and reporting on test progress, and defect management.
- Experience as a test lead for projects including data migration, cloud-based CRM, and systems with complex integrations.
- Significant experience in various forms of testing including system, acceptance, data migration, regression testing and test automation using ALM and UFT.
- Significant and successful experience in the development of system and acceptance testing strategies, plans and result sets.
- Significant knowledge of, and practical experience in, functional and non-functional testing activities, operating in an SDLC and ITIL environment and knowledge of relevant government policy, agency procedures and practices.
- High level analytical skills and a thorough and methodical approach to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction and exercise judgement and delegated authority in line with relevant policies and procedures.
Salary
ASO6 $97,022 – $102,626 per annum plus superannuation.
SAPOL’s IS&T offer a hybrid working arrangement under the direction of the line manager.
