Catholic Healthcare now has 5000+ employees and a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst with “can do” approach and high attention to detail to join our growing Applications Team, as part of the large broader IT Team at Catholic Healthcare (CHL).
Reporting to the Test Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of systems using appropriate frameworks, tools and processes to reduce defects and maintain quality standards.
Your extensive experience in a similar IT testing role, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively will aid in your success.
Your primary responsibilities will include;
- Analysing test data and documenting the results during each test cycle to identify flaws
- UAT support and execution of various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and usability testing
- Implement and execute test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test scenarios, test cases, test results, and defects
- Participate in defect triage meetings with tech. and business stakeholders
Your highly developed written (documentation, user scripts etc…) and verbal communication skills together with your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with non tech. stakeholders, and desire to achieve quality results will be critical to be considered for this integral position. Additionally, you will have;
- 3+ years’ experience in a Test Analyst position
- In depth knowledge of all aspects of software testing
- Knowledge of and experience with test tools (including test automation)
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and testing techniques
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certified - preferred
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Health, or related sector - desirable
- Strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- ITIL v4 Foundation certificate - desirable
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 Immunisations
