Test Analyst / Test Lead

Multiple contract Test Analysts + Test Lead required for a large program of work.

• Multiple Test Analysts + Test Lead Roles | Long term contracts
• Based in Adelaide CBD | Some WFH - No Remote
• Comp Market Rates | Starting mid April 2024

As the Test Lead and Test Analyst, you will be a part of a program team ensuring the quality over a number of projects and initatives. You will need to have; A comprehensive understanding of the role of testing in software development lifecycle. A strong capability in defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery based on requirements. A solid understanding of Defect identification and management to ensure delivery of a quality product.

Essential Requirements

**Must be a Australian Citizen to be considered due to a baseline security clearance being required**

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple industries
• Experience in working in a collaborative and distributed Agile environment with minimal direction and supervision.
• Experience in Agile development lifecycle and practices
• The ability to liaise with staff across all levels of the business
• Experience in writing and execution of test cases
• Familiarity with being able to run, analyse and report on test outcomes
• Experience in reviewing and assessing testability of requirements
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the use of Testing Tools specifically Azure Devops
• For the Test Lead role you will need 3+ years of prior Test Lead / Test Manager exp.

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable
• ISTQB Test Analyst Certification
• ISTQB Certified Foundation Level Agile Tester
