About the Department for Correctional Services
The Department employs approximately 2,000 staff and has responsibility for nine prisons and fifteen Community Correctional offices across the state. Duties
The Test Analyst Support Officer will support the iSAFE Senior Test Analyst and iSAFE Test Analysts in the effective delivery of the iSAFE Program by providing Test Analyst functions to support successful implementation of the new iSAFE solution. Reporting to the iSAFE Senior Test Analyst, the iSAFE Test Analyst works within the iSAFE IT and Data workstream and is responsible for assisting with achieving the required testing outcomes associated with the implementation of the iSAFE solution.
Special Conditions
- Section 47 of the Public Sector Act 2009 applies in conjunction with other provisions of the Act and other applicable industrial entitlements.
- The incumbent is required to satisfactorily complete a National Criminal History Check;
- A current South Australian Driver’s Licence is essential;
- A flexible approach to working hours is required;
- Some interstate and intrastate travel will be required which may necessitate overnight absences.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
Requirements
Essential: Nil
Desirable: International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) Certification, Information Technology related degree, PM related certification, ITIL certification
