YOUR ROLE
We're seeking a Test Automation Lead with a passion for E2E automated testing to elevate our Enterprise Platform Ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated testers and automation professionals, driving the development and execution of robust testing strategies to meet and exceed our functional and non-functional requirements. Your customer-centric approach, results-driven mindset, and collaborative spirit will be essential in delivering superior software products and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement automated testing strategies for end-to-end (E2E) quality assurance across our Enterprise Platform Ecosystem.
Lead the selection of testing tools and technologies to optimize E2E testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive test plans and manage test executions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and project timelines.
Lead and mentor a team of testers and automation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and implement enterprise testing processes, strategies, and frameworks, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and maximize testing impact on product quality and reliability.
This is a permanent opportunity near any of our major centres across New Zealand or Australia.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate, a proven hands on Test Automation Lead who will really hit the ground running with the following experiences;
- Proven experience in driving Quality & Testing for complex, large scale business and technology change in corporate environments.
- Experienced in delivering high-quality Test Automation solutions with tools such as Selenium, Cypress.io, Webdriver.io, or Appium.
- Hands on experience working with BDD, Cucumber Playwright or PRISM TestNG Test Automation Frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, GoCD, Circle CI, etc.
- Version control with GIT and a good understanding of branching and merging
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions.
- An aptitude for best practice development standards
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate enterprise testing metrics for continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices and standards to optimize the Testing & Automation process.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
