Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust Test Automation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess, select, and implement cutting-edge automation tools and technologies suitable for diverse project requirements.
• Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable and effective Test Automation solutions, emphasizing performance, security, and maintainability.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of automation engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to seamlessly integrate Test Automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Standards and Best Practices: Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and automation guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends, evaluating emerging tools, and recommending enhancements to existing processes.
• Project Oversight: Provide technical oversight for automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, processes, and workflows.
• Training and Development: Promote a culture of learning and development within the automation team, offering training opportunities and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Over 14 years of experience in IT with software Test Automation
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Architect with a strong focus on team management.
• Expertise in Test Automation technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience in selenium Test Automation framework, java and other Test Automation frameworks
• Track record of designing and implementing successful Test Automation solutions for complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a technical team.
• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce automation best practices and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
