As a new member of the Electrodry team your role will  include:

• Carpet, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and wood floor refurbishment as well as a range of other services that you will become trained and qualified to undertake.

• Positively recommending additional products and services to customers

• Customer Service

• Use and general maintenance of machinery

• Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers

Career Development

Following the completion of your initial training period, you will receive on-going training in a range of specialist areas that include:

• Wood floor refinishing
• Tile and Grout Cleaning
• Mould De-Contamination

Our career development path provide the opportunity for team members to develop a well rounded career as they move from a technician, to a trainer, to a junior territory operations manager and then a senior territory operations manager. 

To be a successful candidate for this role you must:

• Have a current license 

• Demonstrate strong communication skills

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Successful candidates have had a background in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality and sales

In this full time role you'll start at a training rate of $31 per hour plus commissions and bonuses payable from your third week of employment. Once you have demonstrated the required level of technical proficiency in the role (usually a 3 - 6 month process), you will move to a base rate of $33 per hour.

Our generous commission and bonus structure rewards high levels of customer service, reliability and business performance.  Once qualified you can expect to earn between $1,400 and $1,800 per week plus super & vehicle.
