Accounts Payable Officer - Immediate Start

Position description
An open opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join a friendly team based in Lane Cove West. The role requires the successful candidate to utilise prior Accounts Payable experience from various organisations, particularly previous Foreign Currency payment experience to assist with the overall productivity of the team for a maternity leave cover (12 Months) This is a company listed on the US Stock Exchange and you will be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable experience 
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Foreign Currency payments
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier payments and inter-company accounts
- Assisting with month end closing
- Other general finance administration duties

The successful applicant should have:

- Previous experience in an, End to End Accounts Payable role - looking for someone knowledgeable of Accounts Payable.
- Foreign Currency Payment experience.
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy
- Experience using large ERP systems, Pronto would be a nice to have
- Great communication skills
