AddressAustralian Air-conditioning Distributors (AAD) is a leading heating and cooling wholesaler with operations in Victoria, NSW and Sth Aust.
To support our rapidly expanding business, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer.
Based at our Clayton head office, you will be responsible in assisting the Accounts & Office Manager in our payables division.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Manage full function AP duties including processing of invoices and reconciliation of monthly accounts
- Collecting and preparing payments that are payable for the week;
- Preparing EFT payments;
- Supplier credit application processing and approvals;
- Credit adjustments;
- Liaising with Suppliers on any outstanding issues;
- Assist your manager with the monthly reporting which include accruals. aged Accounts Payable listings etc.;
- File management and;
- ADHOC duties.
As the ideal candidate for the position, you will have:
- Two years experience in AP or similar position is desirable but not essential;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Meticulous attention to details and organisation skills;
- Intermediate IT knowledge,, including Microsoft office and experience is Microsoft Dynamics ( NAV) is desirable but not essential;
