SalaryThe Theatre Services Attendant is a casual position at the Blue Mountains Theatre & Community Hub, Springwood. The role provides excellent customer-focused service to clients and patrons of the Blue Mountains Theatre in all Front of House duties. A pivotal part of the theatre going experience.
We’re looking for dynamic, confident individuals with a passion for the arts. You will be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to deliver great customer service. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work across a 7 day / week roster, potentially with most hours spent on weekends across matinees and evenings. Previous experience as a volunteer or employee is desirable.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $29.09 gross per hour
+ 25% casual loading
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
