About the role
We are actively looking for a skilled and passionate Theatre Technician to join our dynamic theatre complex. Collaborate closely with our team and VMO’s at Glenferrie as you:
Ready and prepare the operating theatre environment for procedures.
Provide assistance to healthcare professionals in the theatre environment.
Procure instruments and equipment to ensure thorough setup for the following day.
To excel in this position, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual with a dedication to customer service who thrives in a bustling ward environment. Additionally, you should possess:
Desirable: Certificate IV in operating Theatre Technician Practice/health Services Assistant or equivalent, or actively working towards obtaining it
Adaptability to manage a rotating roster, including occasional evening shifts.

Ramsay Surgical Centre Glenferrie has 3 modern operating theatres with the latest equipment, and a purpose-built day surgery facility. We specialise in providing care for private short-stay patients undergoing orthopaedic and specialist surgery.

Requirements
