About you:
- A qualified and experienced tradesperson who aspires to develop their career
- Maintenance fitting experience gained in an environment where there are moving parts, components, assemblies, etc, with a high emphasis on safety
- Highly developed written and verbal english communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A solutions focused problem solver
- Forklift and boom elevated platform license is a must
- Comfortable with heights, heavy lifting and climbing
- Customer service orientated
- Provide leadership within the Technical Services department
- Supervise, train and mentor technicians and officers
- Ensuring the maintenance of equipment and building is carried out safely and to standards
- Managing the allocation of labour
- Applying a 'no compromise' approach to OHS/WHS and company procedures and guidelines
- Leading toolbox talks
- Performance management and employee reviews
- Other tasks as defined by the Engineering Manager of Tech. Services
