About The Role
We are looking for a building design professional to join our advanced trades team to teach and assess Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. It’s an online course so this position can be remote.
You will be part of the advanced trades team who are responsible for delivering post trade qualifications. This role will be predominantly within the Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability course. You will teach, assess, and maintain the Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability course, an online course utilising a true blended delivery of this qualification; however, your skills will be utilised across all the courses that we deliver at the Trades Training Centre.
Selected Duties:
- Teach and assess the Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability course
- Maintain the curriculum of the Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability course
- Assist the Education Leader and the Educational Manager with matters pertaining to Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
- Mentor Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability course students.
About You
Skills & Experience
- A qualification in Building Design or similar.
- A qualification or significant industry experience in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
- TAE 40122 or 40116, or the ability to undertake the course.
- Accreditation as a Thermal Performance Assessor would be an advantage.
