A little bit about the role…
Being Third in Charge at Canberra Braddon Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full-time and has a roster which may include weekend and night shifts and we are looking for a candidate that is available for the roster the store requires. Day to day you will;
- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
You will be adaptable and cope well within fast paced retail environment and be able to share your genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business with customers and your team.
