Seeking a customer-service driven individual to manage third-party applications for a technical team Your new company A State Government department based in Perth CBD, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage third-party railway and land access applications and enquiries. You will be required to work full-time hours, engaged on a temporary basis and paid at a competitive hourly rate. Your new role As the Third-Party Applications Officer, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing, investigating and assessing third party railway access applications, providing feedback to external stakeholders as required
Liaising with internal stakeholders around application approvals and conditions
Drafting, editing and reviewing application approval letters
Reviewing and interpreting railway plans and drawings at times when required by the team
Supporting the land and property services team on low to medium risk projects
What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
Previous experience reviewing technical applications and drawings, ideally within a land or planning area
An understanding of the rail or transport industry would be an advantage
Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with external stakeholders around their application
Excellent attention to detail with confidence in reviewing technical documentation
