About the Role - Overview
The Thredbo Apartment Management and Resort Centre are the smiling faces guests see on check-in and check-out of the Thredbo Resort Centre properties and field any questions along the way. The TAM General Hand is primarily responsible for daily General Hand duties throughout resort properties and includes the following responsibilities.

If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
- General maintenance of Managed Accommodation
- Customer Service - Ensure that optimal levels of customer service are achieved during all client interactions.
- Daily/Weekly Tasks – Ensure all daily and weekly tasks are completed as per office check
- Maintain maintenance spreadsheets
- Checking of properties for arrivals and departures
- Movement of furniture and appliances when required
- Manning the front desk in the Thredbo Information Centre as required
- General assistance to the Manager as directed

- Experience in a customer service role
- A co-operative, positive and professional attitude
- Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities autonomously
