Manufacturing Plant Orderman - Timber Processing Industry, South Grafton NSW!
Our Client, a locally and family-owned business in the beautiful Clarence Valley of NSW, is on the hunt for an Orderman, with supervisory skills and abilities, to join their busy and dynamic team of long-serving employees!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will work amongst a dynamic and busy manufacturing plant, consistently learning, and growing in your field
- With the assistance of a broader team, you will make up timber orders throughout each shift, ready for collection
- The Orderman will prepare outbound loads and load trucks, using a forklift and/or gantry crane.
- With a growth mindset, you will continue to develop an understanding of the entire processing and manufacturing plant, and learn a variety of duties and tasks that are regularly completed by your peers
- Paperwork will play a part in this role, including writing up sheets, stocktakes and completing accurate tally's
- You will direct certain teams and areas throughout the plant, with team-focussed supervisory skills
- Finally, you will also assist in the physical labouring duties throughout the plant, with a hands-on approach

- Initial pay rate of $31.09 casual
Requirements:
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Current High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
- Excellent team-focussed supervisory skills and abilities, whether from relevant leading hand, management, or supervisory experience
- Timber Industry experience advantageous, however, certainly not mandatory - with manufacturing/processing experience very beneficial
- Great physical fitness, with ability to pass a full functional physical assessment
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Willing and able to work a 38-hour week, with 8:00am commencements
