Qualifications & Requirements:
● Bachelor degree or higher degree in relevant fields. A Masters in Business and Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
● Experience managing projects and small teams.
● Experience in construction and manufacturing would be an advantage
● 3 years experience minimum
● A current and valid driver’s license
● Excellent English speaking skills & communication
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Assist in organising to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems within the company
● Providing innovative solutions to support short and long-term business strategy, structure, and operations.
● Deliver recommendations to improve and develop new procedures at all levels of the organisation, including site construction, manufacturing, product design, and electrical teams to meet the organisation’s long-term purposes and objectives
● Have a calm and methodical approach to dealing with internal company issues.
● Experience and ability to work with a range of computer programs. Simpro, Xero, and AutoCAD would be beneficial.
● Lead continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
● Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.
● Work closely with the product design and operations teams to deliver excellent high quality products and results.
● Working side by side with our clients and suppliers to optimise our lead times and delivery of the final product to guarantee our client’s satisfaction.
● Communicate complex issues with simplicity and impact to all levels of the organisation. Be the connection between leadership, product design, manufacturing, electrical, and site construction teams.
● Providing hands-on implementation through the project lifecycle, and guidance and coaching to the teams to improve and manage budget and timelines.
● Developing and applying analytic frameworks to investigate business issues, identify solutions, and lead the implementation of agreed actions for our three main products (new installations of inclinators, scheduled servicing, and breakdown repairs)
● Create strategic metrics, key results, and competitive analysis. Analysis and continuous updating of the organisation workflow charts and job descriptions
