Eco Kids Early Learning Bribie Island is a beautifully presented 50 place Early Learning Centre providing exceptional educational experiences for children aged 15 months to kindergarten.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Toddler Lead Educator to lead and implement effective and pedagogical programming, support and guide our children to ensure a high-quality educational program is delivered.
Our toddler studio has a maximum of 12 toddlers per day with 3 Educators. Our studios are well resourced, with bespoke handcrafted furniture and beautifully renovated play spaces allowing for indoor/outdoor play all year long. At Eco Kids we are passionate about enriched learning environments for our children.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Well-organized and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn and share skills and knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and being able to use this knowledge to implement an age-appropriate program
- Genuine interest in our children and beautiful Bribie community
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflects upon best practices
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card
