About The Role 🤔:
Tokens are a key differentiator for web3 games. In this role, you'll be the primary thinker and driver of how tokens can be used to generate growth and make web3 games successful.
As the Token Strategy Lead, you'll have the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that leverage tokens and provide guidance to internal stakeholders and game partner founders on effective token strategies. This includes helping partners connect with token service providers.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:Work on growth strategies across all ecosystem tokens, including IMX Ecosystem Foundation tokens, developing integrated game/token roadmaps, and supporting transparency and governance of the IMX Ecosystem FoundationBuild and operate Immutable’s partnership and referral-based token launch capability (Apollo) for platform partners. As the Apollo program manager, you're accountable for driving revenue and growth, ensuring partners are supported to have successful token launches and monitoring the health of the ecosystemIncrease the web3/tokenomics capability of Immutable by teaching and enabling Business Development, Partner Success and Studio teams on token strategiesStay up to date with the latest innovations in the market through desktop research and by developing a network of investors, builders and thought leadersWe'd Love You To Bring 🤝:Minimum 3+ years of experience in a top-tier financial services, legal or management consultant firmAn innate ability to see the big picture, think creatively and craft holistic and innovative strategiesA strong problem-solving toolkit - proficiency in problem diagnosis, root cause analysis and testing hypothesis-driven solutionsCapability in coordinating stakeholders, crafting project plans, executing initiatives and influencing multiple key partners in varying seniority and with confidenceA results-driven mindset, high market awareness and a track record of deal-makingBonus Point For ✅:We don’t expect you to have pre-existing work experience in web3 and/or games, but you must be interested in learning about decentralisation and digital ownership within gamesRefer code: 2249718.
