- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with influencing executives and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of digital advertising or regulatory affairs.
- Ability to succeed and exercise judgment in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write well and convey complex issues clearly.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and Operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy development and implementation across key areas such as business growth, customer-centric initiatives, capability development, and operating efficiency.
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the Australia/New Zealand business, collaborating with the cross-functional leadership team to identify and prioritize key focus areas.
- Enhance strategic initiatives by incorporating program management best practices, data-driven insights, and effective executive communication strategies.
- Partner with the Google Australia/New Zealand leadership team and global stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and coordination on regulatory matters, including coordination of high priority regulatory responses.
