AddressTOWN PLANNER – COOTAMUNDRA (Full time)
Applications are invited from interested persons for the above full-time position of Town Planner to be based at our Cootamundra Office.
This position provides professional services and advice to a wide range of customers in relation to development control, land use and compliance matters in accordance with environmental and land use planning legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure efficient and timely determination of development application.
- Prepare assessment reports for presentation to management, Council and Joint Regional Planning Panel as necessary.
- Make recommendations for system improvements in order to achieve key position objectives.
- Provide responses to planning, development and land use enquiries in a professional, timely manner.

- Salary range of $1,764.29 to $2,064.20 gross per week.
