AddressEagers Automotive Townsville is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Service Advisor to work at Isuzu Trucks Townsville, in Townsville.

Reporting to the Isuzu Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department.
This includes the following:
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Up-selling additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivery quality customer service
The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.
About you:
If you are someone that takes pride in their customer service skills, values reliability and efficiency with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, then we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
- Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Heavy automotive or agriculture/earthmoving sector highly advantageous but not essential
- Are you a technician wanting to get off the tools? Transition to an advisor is also possible.
