Job Details Tractor Operator/Labourer - Pipers Creek, TAS Job Type: Casual Location: Launceston TAS Salary: $29.84 per hour overtime and penalty rates Start Date: ASAP The Benefits Start: ASAP $29.84 per hour overtime and penalty rates Duration: 3 Months Immediate start Potential for ongoing work Applicable for visa extension days Irrigation As directed by the Farm Supervisor, undertake daily irrigation tasks associated with a drip irrigation system. To monitor irrigation and fertigation in the vineyard under the guidance of the Vineyard Supervisor. To assist in day-to-day maintenance of the irrigation system, including reporting all noticeable problems, such as irrigation leaks and poor water delivery. Machinery Operation Operate machinery in line with recommended guidelines. Apply pesticides as directed by the Farm Supervisor or Farm Manager. Ensure all machinery that is utilized is serviced regularly, in line with a daily maintenance schedule. Report major faults or defects to Farm Supervisor.
