We are currently looking for a Trade focused Customer Service Team Member to join our iconic Sorell store in the heart of town. If you have a passion for Customer Service, great communication skills, knowledge of trade and building products, a positive attitude and are willing to learn new things then we would love to hear from you.
As a Trade focused Customer Service Team Member you will:
- Provide GREAT Customer Service to each customer
- Use our point of sale system to process trade customers purchases
- Ensure our timber and building products are correctly displayed and ticketed
- Ensure fast turnaround of stock from pallet to shelves
- Work with your fellow Team Members to solve problems and provide solutions in our large and well organised Trade area as they occur on a daily basis.
This is a full-time role and the successful candidate must be available to work across store trading hours. Our strong preference is for someone who can work a Sunday to Thursday roster.
What we are looking for:
- A great “can do” attitude with the ability to turn up each day with a smile on your face, ready to have some fun and to own your area of responsibility!
- Strong team focus to “pitch in” where needed to ensure that every customer is happy and their needs are met every time
- Experience with timber or building products and a knowledge of the building industry would be very well regarded
- A Forklift or Heavy Vehicle license is highly desirable
- Ability to work across a range of shifts
