We are seeking:
Exceptional Admin Team Members to be responsible for reception, admin and sales for our telehealth-only allied health practice. Seeking a full-time staff member or part-time job share role.
Essential criteria – we need you to:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a sales focus. We need you to communicate with clients in a friendly and warm manner to provide exceptional customer service to them. You will be answering enquiries and converting enquiries into bookings; scheduling and managing appointments and calendars; invoicing & payments; writing letters and documentation. 5+ years experience in medical or health reception, admin or customer service roles is required.
- Learn how to speak neurodivergent. We need you to become familiar with the neurodivergency-affirming movement and learn neurodivergent communication styles, so we meet the needs of our clients, employees and contractors and treat them with respect.
- Have strong computer skills. We need you to be a technology native - we are a completely online service so we need someone who can independently learn how to use new software and apps independently and with minimal assistance. We need you to be able to independently troubleshoot basic problems, and assist other Team Members if needed.
- Be an all-round superstar. We need you to able to work independently from home without direct supervision, prioritise your workload; follow instructions and ask for clarification if needed, notice details and patterns others may miss; have strong skills in spelling, grammaring, and proofreading; and be extremely organised and able to manage time.
- Help us grow the business. We need you to assist me with setting up procedures and templates, onboarding contractors and/or employees, and managing business newsletters and social media accounts.
- Have a private and secure home workspace. We need you to have your own home office or spare room (with a door) where you can work privately and keep confidential information confidential. You need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and live in an area with good mobile phone coverage.
Desirable criteria – it would be great if you:
- Live in one of the Eastern states that share NSW’s daylight savings time zone (i.e., NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS) although we are open to applicants anywhere in Australia.
