SalaryThey are currently looking for a Trade Assistant - metals, to assist with prototype delivery in the workshop.
About the role
- Prototype manufacture assistance - working closely with engineers and designers to bring prototypes to life
- Fabricating and assembly of various materials and components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of various fabrication and machining techniques, tools, and equipment will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
About you:
- Recent experience in a metals manufacturing environment
- Ability to use hand and power / air tools.
- The ability to read instructions and interpret instructions and drawings.
- Proven ability to produce work to a high standard.
- A strong commitment to safety & all WHS policies
- Willingness to learn
